How to Make Baked Kale Chips

A delicious and simple recipe for Baked Kale Chips.

Baked Kale Chips

Serves 1 child or 10 adults (just kidding)
Serves 4

Ingredients

1 bunch of kale
1 or 2 Tbsp olive oil
2 to 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 to 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200; wash and dry kale; remove stems, cut into bite sized pieces.

In a large bowl mix kale, olive oil, nutritional yeast and sea salt. Place in a single layer on large baking sheets; bake about 30 minutes, turning halfway through.

Remove from heat and enjoy.

Disclaimer: Watch your hands if there are kids around. You might end up missing a finger.
