My husband, Charlie, and I are “Charter Members of KyV Farm. Our challenge was learning about al the new vegetables from KyV and eating them all. There are SO many vegetables to pick up each time. Thankfully they are just picked an have a long refrigerator life. Our meals are more varied and interesting. Most restaurants are boring and we serve better meals and we feel better after testing on the fresh vegetables. Vivian is a marvelous cook and is generous sharing recipes and ideas. The cooking classes teaches how to easily prepare the vegetables. So it just gets easier and easier to be healthy!
